At Magic Hoop we strive to provide you with the best service, and that means getting your goods delivered as soon as possible, with the least cost to you!

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a total weight basis at the standard Australia POST fee to your post code region. When you finalise your order, the delivery cost of your parcel will be calculated according to the total overall weight (allowances must be made for unusual shape items) and destination postcode. Australia POST assesses charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, which ever is greater. Note: weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations.

Any charges are a guide only, and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia POST.

Handling Charges
A small handling charge may be applied by Magic Hoop to all packages dependent upon the item selected. This will be automatically included in the Estimated Shipping Cost during checkout.

Term and Conditions
To bring you the best service and value without blowing our budget so that we can always provide you with the lowest cost, we operate according to the guidelines and conditions as set below:

  • We will only deliver when the payment has been cleared and all details have been confirmed.
  • Customers may be responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
  • We will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for any delay or lost shipment.
  • If item/s received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item/s as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
  • All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item ordered.

Return Policy

  • Magic Hoop offers 7 days Exchange policy. Please find further information below. If you are unsure or could not find the information you are looking for, please contact us or e-mail us.
  • Exchanges may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster processing, please have your invoice number, name, product purchased and the reason for return ready when calling.

Conditions for Products Returned Within 7 Days

  • All products returned must be in the original "as new" condition, complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes and all inclusion & accessories included with the original shipment. We reserve the right to refuse exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed re-sellable as a new product.
  • Restocking fee of 20% may apply.
  • Shipping and handling charges is not refundable.
  • Exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
  • Magic Hoop reserves the right to authorise product exchanges beyond 7 days from the invoice date.

Shipping Charges for Returned Product

  • Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. Magic Hoop will use the available shipping method and pay for shipping on exchange items.
  • Magic Hoop will not be responsible for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items. In this case, the customer will have to organise payment for delivery back to customer or use their own courier pick up.
